Retreats

The Barn is a popular place for yoga and meditation retreats.  The main room has room for 12-15 yoga mats with additional room in the library for additional space. Participants may sleep in the dorm-style rooms at The Barn or choose to stay in Wakefield, QC. We can recommend a vegan chef who can prepare meals for your group.

For many groups the yoga classes and meal times provide a framework and the rest of the time is free to be spent as chosen. Depending upon the season, skiing, swimming, walking, canoeing are available. Reading, being silent, conversation with other participants are other options. Doing nothing is also highly encouraged!
