These relaxing and restful residential weekends begin on Friday evening at 7:30 with a two-hour yoga class. On Saturday there are two two-hour yoga classes, one in the morning at 9:30 and one in the afternoon at 4:00. On Sunday there is a two-hour class at 9:30 am. The Barn is located in a rural setting 30 minutes drive north of Ottawa, Canada’s capital. It is used by the Reid Family for family reunions and is available at other times for group gatherings over weekends and longer.
Since 1994 this intimate, residential facility has been rented by third parties for retreats (Yoga, Buddhist, Advaita, personal growth, etc.) for getaway business meetings, for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries, and by skiers, quilters and hikers.
